  4. Leadership day to day. IT operations, supplier management, budget, priorities and staffing are run continuously, with an IT strategy and roadmap anchored with management.
  5. Handover. Decisions, processes and ongoing work are documented continuously and handed over to a permanent IT manager or to your internal team.

Scope and price

An ongoing engagement full time or part time, with the scope set in days per week or month according to what the business needs. The scope can be adjusted as the engagement proceeds.

The price is driven by the scope and the length of the engagement. You get an estimated cost proposal and, where possible, a fixed price.

  1. A first conversation. We listen to your situation and explain how we usually set up the work. You get our assessment straight away, free of charge.
  2. A proposal with scope and price. A short written proposal with what is included, what you get, who does the work and what it costs.
  3. Delivery and handover. We work together with your organisation, report continuously to management and document decisions and ongoing activities so that the engagement can be handed over to a permanent IT manager or your internal team.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as an interim CISO?

No. An IT manager is responsible for IT operations, the IT team and IT strategy. A CISO is responsible for information security and risk management. The roles complement each other and are often filled separately.

How much time is needed?

It depends on the size of the organisation and what is going on. During a transition or a major project more is required; in a stable situation a few days a month can be enough. The scope is set in the engagement description and can be adjusted.

What happens when the engagement ends?

Decisions, processes and ongoing work are documented continuously precisely so that the handover works, either to a permanent IT manager or to your internal team.
