We help you plan, migrate, secure and manage Microsoft 365 – from Exchange Online and Teams to SharePoint, OneDrive and licence optimisation. You get a platform configured to your security and compliance requirements, with a licence cost you can follow.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) has become a cornerstone of modern business collaboration and productivity, used for communication, file sharing and remote work across devices. It is one of the most widely used cloud-based suites in the world. Its integrated tools (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office apps, etc.) empower organizations to work efficiently in the cloud. For mid-sized businesses and those in regulated industries, Microsoft 365 offers real gains in agility and collaboration. However, realizing these benefits safely and fully requires careful planning, skilled implementation, and strong governance. This is where Kristensson i Skåne AB comes in – we help organizations plan, implement, manage, and secure their Microsoft 365 environments so that you can use the cloud with confidence.

Our Microsoft 365 Services
At Kristensson we deliver end-to-end services to support your Microsoft 365 journey. Whether you are about to introduce Microsoft 365 or want to improve an existing implementation, we offer support across the whole of it.
- User onboarding and training
We take care of the start for new users in Microsoft 365. That covers account creation, mailbox and Teams setup, and the basic training that lets people use Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive properly from day one. Training on good practice and the collaboration features strengthens adoption and productivity straight away. - Helpdesk and user support
We offer ongoing user support for Microsoft 365 as part of our services. Your colleagues can count on quick helpdesk help — from troubleshooting in email and Teams to the how-do-I questions about the Office apps. We work as an extension of your IT team to keep users productive. The support is practical and hands-on: we resolve incidents, handle service requests such as a password reset or a new SharePoint site, and keep the daily operation running. - Licence management and optimisation
Kristensson helps you manage Microsoft 365 licences efficiently. We handle assignment and lifecycle, additions and changes, and optimise usage to avoid unnecessary cost. By following assignment against actual use we can recommend improvements — reassigning underused licences, or moving users to a more suitable plan — so you get the value you are paying for. Inactive and duplicated licences are where avoidable Microsoft 365 cost sits, and assignment data against actual use is what makes them visible. We use that data to keep the cost matched to the need. - Migration services to Microsoft 365
If you are moving to Microsoft 365 from on-premises or from another platform, our experts plan and run the migration in stages, with an agreed fallback. We have migrated email (Exchange to Exchange Online), files (OneDrive and SharePoint) and collaboration tools to Microsoft 365. Our migration plans cover everything from data analysis and a pilot migration to the full cutover. We often use a staged method — in batches or department by department — to reduce risk and hold business continuity. We handle the technical detail, directory synchronisation, hybrid arrangements, data import and the rest, and give users clear communication and support. The result is a move whose steps and rollback points are decided in advance. - Ongoing administration and optimisation
Introducing Microsoft 365 is not a one-off project, it is ongoing management. Kristensson offers long-term administration services to manage and improve your Microsoft 365 environment continuously. We handle tenant administration — user and group management, service configuration, follow-up of usage and health, and controlled rollout of new features. We also help you take up new Microsoft 365 capabilities, security features or productivity tools, where they bring business value. Over time we optimise the environment by simplifying configuration, retiring unused services and adjusting settings as your needs change, so Microsoft 365 stays fitted to the business.
Security, Compliance & Governance
For cloud services in regulated or security-conscious organisations it is decisive that Microsoft 365 is secure and compliant. Kristensson builds security, compliance and governance into every Microsoft 365 project from the start.
- Identity and access management
We implement identity controls so that access to Microsoft 365 data depends on who the user is and which device they are using. That includes integration with Microsoft Entra ID for central identity management and strong authentication policies. We require multifactor authentication (MFA) for sign-in — a critical step, because it means a stolen password on its own is not enough to sign in. We also design Conditional Access policies, Microsoft’s Zero Trust mechanism, for context-based access rules such as requiring MFA or a compliant device before sensitive resources can be reached. Strengthening identity and access reduces the risk of unauthorised access and of stolen credentials being usable. - Data protection and backup
Data protection in Microsoft 365 is a shared responsibility. Microsoft is responsible for uptime and for protecting the cloud infrastructure, but protecting and retaining your data remains yours. We help you build protection across the whole of it. That includes configuring DLP (Data Loss Prevention) to detect and block sensitive information going where the policy does not allow, blocking an email or a Teams message carrying personal data that needs protecting, for instance. We enable and tune the built-in threat protection in Microsoft 365, such as Defender for Office 365, against malware and phishing. We also help with backup and retention strategy. Recycle bins and version history are not long-term backups, so we frequently add a third-party solution or an archive configuration so that Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams data can be restored over a longer period and to a specific point in time. Together they give you a restore path for loss, accidental deletion and corruption, within the retention you have chosen. - Secure configuration and governance
Kristensson helps you establish a secure and compliance-ready Microsoft 365 configuration from day one. We apply good practice across the tenant — turning off legacy authentication, enabling audit logging in Exchange, SharePoint and Microsoft Entra ID, and confirming encryption for data at rest and in transit, which Microsoft 365 uses by default. We also configure the compliance and governance features your requirements call for: sensitivity labelling and classification, retention policies, audit logs and eDiscovery for traceability. We help you set the governing rules, for Teams provisioning, external sharing and regular access reviews. Fitting configuration and governance to your requirements reduces the risk of data exposure and makes compliance easier to demonstrate in an audit or an assessment. The result is a Microsoft 365 environment that is productive, but also governed and audit-ready.
Licence management and licence optimisation
Microsoft 365 licences are often the largest recurring cost in the platform, and it grows quietly: users who have left but keep their licence, expensive plans for people who only use e-mail, add-ons bought for a project and never cancelled. As Microsoft 365 consultants we help you bring it under control.
The work starts with a needs analysis per role – who needs Business Premium, E3 or E5, who is fine with an F licence or Exchange Online alone – followed by correct assignment, removal of unused licences and rules for when licences are removed at onboarding and offboarding. We then follow up assignment against actual use and report the cost per month, so the optimisation holds over time instead of becoming a one-off clean-up.
Licence work is normally combined with the security review in our Microsoft 365 Health Check, since the licence level is often what decides which protections – Conditional Access, Intune, Defender, Purview – you can actually use.
Structured Delivery Model
Our way of working with Microsoft 365 is practical, structured and fitted to each customer. Every organisation has its own IT environment and its own requirements, particularly in regulated sectors. The main parts of our delivery model are these.
- Staged rollout
We avoid the big bang. For new implementations or larger changes we roll out in stages instead. That reduces risk and the impact of change, gives room to solve problems early, and lets users get used to it gradually. A pilot group or one department first, then the rest in steps. It buys stability and acceptance. - Fitted configurations
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all. We get to know your processes, your environment and your compliance requirements, and set the configuration accordingly. From security settings to Teams governance, we pick the right features, enable the relevant integrations and hold back what is unnecessary or risky. The result is a Microsoft 365 setup fitted to how you actually work. - Integration with existing IT
Microsoft 365 should integrate with your existing IT rather than become a silo. That can include directory integration (Microsoft Entra ID with on-premises AD), single sign-on, integration with other applications, and adjusting network and identity so it all works together. The aim is for Microsoft 365 to become a natural extension of your IT environment, with provisioning, identity management and data flow running smoothly and preferably automatically. - Regulatory alignment
For regulated organisations we weave compliance into every phase. We map requirements to Microsoft 365 features — encryption, access, retention and the rest — and use Microsoft’s own tooling, Compliance Manager, reports and audit logs, to document and reinforce compliance. We also produce the documentation an auditor may ask for, the policies and the routines. When we are finished you should be able to show how the Microsoft 365 configuration maps to the requirements that apply to you: which requirement each setting supports, and where a requirement has to be met outside the platform. That keeps the compliance work visible during the move rather than after it.

Frequently asked questions
What is included in a Microsoft 365 Health Check?
A security review of your environment: Entra ID and identities, Conditional Access, Intune and device management, Defender, Purview and data protection, and Secure Score. You get a report with a prioritised action list and support in implementation.
Do we need a backup of Microsoft 365?
Yes. Data protection in Microsoft 365 is a shared responsibility. Microsoft is responsible for running the platform, you for your data. Microsoft’s native retention and recovery reach a certain distance, depending on workload, licence and configuration. Where your requirements go further, they have to be met with your own backup.
Can you help us with licences?
Yes. We review licence types and assignments, remove unused licences and match licence levels to actual needs and security requirements, so that the cost is right without missing functionality.
