Who it is for and when

Suits organisations that want a long-term operations partner with documented ownership, instead of operations depending on one or two people or on several suppliers nobody coordinates.

  • IT operations depend on one or two people and nobody knows what happens when they are away.
  • You have several IT suppliers and end up acting as the go-between yourselves.
  • Nobody can say whether the backups can be restored, or when that was last tested.
  • You want to hand over operations but keep the decisions about what gets prioritised.

What we do

  1. Onboarding and current state. We inventory networks, servers, clients, Microsoft 365, backup and the contracts in place, document the environment and point out key-person dependencies and technical debt.
  2. Responsibility matrix. Together with you we set what we take over, what you keep and what is shared, per area: networks, Microsoft 365, backup, monitoring, patching and support. The arrangement differs from customer to customer, and the matrix is what makes the boundary clear.
  3. Operations, monitoring and patching. Monitoring of the systems you have identified as business critical, patching to an agreed routine and backup with verified restores, with action taken when something deviates.
  4. Support and supplier coordination. One way in for users with escalation according to the responsibility matrix, and we coordinate your other suppliers so that you do not have to be the go-between.
  5. Reporting and continuous improvement. Recurring reviews of availability, incidents, risk and technical debt, with proposals for what should be addressed next.

What you get

  • An operating structure with roles, routines and documentation
  • A responsibility matrix showing what we take over, what you keep and what is shared
  • Monitoring, patching and backup to an agreed routine
  • One way in for support, with documented escalation paths
  • Continuous follow-up of availability and risk, reported to management

Scope and price

An ongoing commitment, adapted to the size of the environment and to how much you want to hand over. The scope is set in the responsibility matrix and can range from monitoring and backup of selected systems to full operational responsibility.

Response times, availability and staffing come in different arrangements and are agreed per customer, based on which systems are business critical and what an outage means for you. You get an estimated cost proposal and, where possible, a fixed price, with the levels you have chosen documented in the contract.

How it works

  1. A first conversation. We listen to your situation and explain how we usually set up the work. You get our assessment straight away, free of charge.
  2. A proposal with scope and price. A short written proposal with what is included, what you get, who does the work and what it costs.
  3. Delivery and ongoing operations. We take over according to the responsibility matrix, report continuously and propose improvements throughout the contract term.

Frequently asked questions

Do you take over all of our IT operations?

That is your call. The arrangement comes in different variants, from monitoring and backup of selected systems to full operational responsibility. The boundary is documented in the responsibility matrix so that nothing falls between the two of us.

What response times apply?

Response times and availability come in different arrangements and are agreed per customer. We start from which systems are business critical and what an outage means for you, and set the level accordingly.

Can we keep our current supplier for parts of our IT?

Yes. We coordinate your existing suppliers as part of the engagement, and the responsibility matrix shows who does what.
