About Us
Our company was founded in 2014 by Henrik Kristensson. Initially, we focused on building a stable foundation for our operations, officially launching our consulting services in 2016. Over the years, we steadily expanded our service portfolio and client base, establishing a reputation as a reliable partner in highly regulated industries. By 2023, the team was strengthened with specialists in IT, Information security and data protection, and we continue to grow to meet the rising demand for our services.
Growth and development
Kristensson i Skåne AB has followed a solid growth trajectory since its inception. We continuously evaluate and expand our service offerings to address current needs and anticipate future challenges in our industry. Our focus on the Skåne region of southern Sweden has helped us build strong client relationships and become a trusted partner for complex IT and information security projects. Today we have a dedicated core team of in-house experts, complemented by a network of subcontracted specialists, which allows us to scale our capabilities to each project’s requirements.

What we are working towards
The direction is the same as it was when we started: senior people who do the work themselves, close to both the technology and the governance, and engagements that continue after the first report has been delivered. We would rather grow by having more engagements become long-term than by becoming more people. What we do put time into is the breadth of the team, so that more of an engagement can be carried out by someone we answer for ourselves rather than bought in.
Competence and certifications
Our advisory work is grounded in broad practical experience and formal competence across IT, information security, data protection, governance and project delivery. The team holds training and certifications in areas such as CISSP, ECIH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 27005, CDPO, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, project management, legal and regulatory topics, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Kemp, Check Point, Microsoft 365 and Azure.
This combination allows us to connect technical implementation with governance, risk, compliance and business needs. We help organizations move from requirements and strategy to practical controls, secure operations and continuous improvement.
Market and needs
We serve organizations in highly regulated sectors such as banking, insurance, healthcare, and medical technology but also other sectors. Clients in these areas face complex challenges related to data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance, challenges that demand specialized expertise. We make it a priority to thoroughly understand each client’s unique needs and operational context. By tailoring our services to fit each organization’s specific environment, we deliver solutions that are both effective and seamlessly integrated into their operations. We are based in Skåne and take engagements across Sweden, including with customers that operate outside it.
What sets us apart
We are eight people. That means the person in the meeting is also the person doing the work, and the route to somebody who can answer is short. The team’s training and certifications are named person by person on the Team page, together with contact details. We are independent and not tied to a single vendor’s platform, which means the recommendation may well be to keep what you already have. And what we have done is written up engagement by engagement under Reference cases — what the situation was, what we did, and what it led to.
